Olympic Classes Contract Requirement

Adopt the ISAF in-house certification system for its equipment.

• Currently in process.

Adopt the standard class rules and adopt the ISAF Equipment Rules of Sailing.

• Possible if separate Olympic Moth Class Rules are established.

Shall comply with Regulation 26 and in particular shall require that ISAF plaques shall be affixed to all new boats.

• Already in process. Current ISAF plaque number is up to 3400.

Will recognize and support the ISAF Sailing World Cup if established by ISAF.

• The Moth Class has already been invited Sail Melbourne 2008.

Will recognize the 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships as the only "Olympic Event" World Championship, in that year, for the Class.

• As the 2011 Moth Worlds have already been planned, the alternative is that only the one-design Olympic Moth attends the 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships.
